FIDO’s friends Stella & Chewy’s, a Milwaukee-based manufacturer of premium pet foods, are excited to announce its sponsorship of Adopt Muttwaukee, a family- and pet-friendly adoption event.  It will be hosted by The Iron Horse Hotel, a one-of-a-kind boutique hotel located in the 5th Ward, and held on Saturday, June 15th, and include local animal rescue groups and pet related businesses from the metro Milwaukee area.

The purpose of this event will be to raise awareness among the general public about the adoption process and promote and facilitate adoptions of local animals.  Local businesses that offer services to pet owners, such as groomers, walkers, and day care facilities are welcome to participate.  Several raffles will be held throughout the event, a photographer will be on-site to capture guests with their pets as well as those up for adoption, and much more.

The event is scheduled, rain or shine, for Saturday June 15th from 10:00 -2:00 and will take place outside of the hotel’s main entrance, free of charge and open to the public.
